Marine Wildlife Champions

Ten children in Y5 have been chosen to be Marine Wildlife Champions at Knowle. This is an exciting project which is led by the education team at Devon Wildlife Trust and funded by the National Marine Aquarium. The aims of the project are to increase knowledge and understanding of the Marine Environment and the challenges it faces. The children will ‘champion’ the cause of marine wildlife – ensuring this knowledge is spread to all children in the school.

Recently the children visited Wembury Beach to find out more about Marine Wildlife.
