Can you write a description of this new land? Think about what kind of land it is, could everything be growing upside down or could everything be the wrong colour? Maths Year 1: Ask the children to recall number bonds to 10. Write a list of the ones that they know. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UD_RUVLPvTY Here is a song about number bonds to 10.
Once the children have been able to recall their number bonds to 10, they can start to think about number bonds to 100.
If 1 + 9 = 10 then 10 + 90 = 100 2 + 8 = 10 then 20 + 80 = 100 3 + 7 = 10 then 30 + 70 = 100
