Today we will be planning our journey stories!

Discuss some of your ideas from yesterdays lesson with someone in your house.

Before we plan our stories we need to think about the key parts of a journey story, can you remember them? Have a look below if you are unsure.
Can you find each of these parts in our story Animal Explorers? Remind yourselves of the story by clicking on the link below, or you can have a look at the pictures. Which part of the story is the climax or resolution?

Activity

Your task today is to plan your own journey story, think about the new character you created yesterday and the object they are going to search for. Remember to look at the key parts of a journey story. I have also outlined what should be in each of the circles on the planning document, you can also look at my example below.
