Remember when you have completed any of your work, please email it to us. Email it to your class teacher still. Here are our email addresses below:

From Mr Bashford and Mr Young 😊
Have a look at the Lion information fact file below.
Today you will complete your alien creature fact file so that it includes: a title, an introduction, your paragraph on appearance, information about its habitat/location, a paragraph on its behaviour and a conclusion. Use the structure of the lion fact file example to help you.
Remember to use the vocabulary helper and a thesaurus to improve your vocabulary choices.
In maths this week you will be continuing to consolidate your understanding of number operations using written methods for addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. You will be practising arithmetic questions. If you find any difficult have a look at the video clips at the bottom of the page to help you.
Complete the arithmetic challenges below.
You may want to start with the mild challenge or if you are feeling confident go straight on to the arithmetic challenges.
In the top corner of your propeller board, you will have a space to write your number.
Range 10-20: 12
Range 30-60: 44
Range 350-450: 376
Range 30-99: 67
Don’t forget to keep practising your times tables on TTRS.
Do Aliens exist?
Today you are going to investigate whether aliens exist!
First watch the clips below (skip ads):
Now decide whether you think aliens exist. Try to now argue the opposing idea e.g. if you think aliens could exist try to argue that they don’t. Now have a debate with a member of your household on whether aliens exist.
Reading: Please do your daily reading and record it in your reading record. You can now also go on: https://www.myon.co.uk/login/index.html to do your online reading and quizzes too! We can see how many books you have read and how you are doing on your quizzes. So go on, let’s get reading!
Good luck! Do your spelling test today. If you get any wrong, keep practising them.
