For your Maths today the focus is Data Handling. Unfortunately, there won’t be a Sports Day for us to enjoy this year. Therefore, I’ve got a question for you. Who would win the Wild Animal Sports Day race?
Cheetah, giraffe, antelope, red fox, tiger and many more. What order would they come over the finish line? You could produce a chart using the squares in your Maths books provided, use the computer or simply list animals in order from fastest to slowest.

A very creative afternoon ahead!
Plymouth Marine Aquarium have a wonderful ‘Fun At Home’ section where children can create ocean creatures using toilet/kitchen rolls. If you are feeling even more creative children have opportunities to produce an eel mobile or a hand jelly fish.
The Great Barrier Reef contains a diverse variety of fish.
Either create your own Barrier reef under the water scene or download the colouring in sheet provided on the Plymouth National Aquairum website to colour in the different species of fish.

Play some sport with your family. Go for a local walk and enjoy the sunshine. As it is wild week when you go for a walk have a look around you. What wildlife do you notice? Take pictures of the different insects, flowers or types of leaves you see. Can you name the wildlife you notice?
