This week you are going to write a story based on ‘Alien Landing’. Read the ‘Alien Landing’ story at the end of this page and create a story map or a comic strip of the story – in 6 sections. Here are the sections of the story to follow:
In your books:
Create your story map or comic strip (of the original story) in 6 sections.
Now tell the story to a family member.
This week you will be practising your times tables then using your skills to solve multiplication and division problems. You should be able to do all the calculations in your head and you should be able to recall answers quickly.

Your task today is to create an information sheet about the planets. Use the clips you have watched - and you can find out more at:
In your book or on a sheet of paper:
Write the title: The Solar System.
Write the name of the planet.
Draw a picture of the planet.
Write an interesting fact about each planet (you can add as many facts as you like).
Check all spellings carefully.
Use capital letters for the names of the planets.
