Stepping Stones Pre-School joined Knowle Primary School in April 2019 after a positive long standing relationship between the two settings for nearly 25 years. Ofsted has judged Stepping Stones Pre-School as 'Outstanding' for the past ten years.
Our aim is to provide a happy, caring, safe and stimulating environment where children can learn through play. Developing their skills inclusive of the seven areas of learning, which are: personal, social and emotional, physical, communication and language, literacy, mathematics, understanding the world and expressive arts and design.
We encourage you to work closely and alongside us in partnership. This will enable us to achieve the best for your child. It is important we all build upon your child’s skills and encourage them at home with a positive attitude and self-discipline.
We are fully committed to our Equal Opportunities Policy. We openly welcome children from any area. There is a waiting list available to everybody and when a vacancy arises at the time your child/children reach the age of two or over, we will contact you. This will have a start date, registration, contract, medical, consent forms and shared planning which should be returned to us immediately.
You are always welcome to visit us at any time and stay with your child/children for as long as you feel is necessary.
I hope this experience will be happy and successful for everyone. Looking forward to getting to know you, your children and family.
