Artist in Focus: Frida Kahlo
Today we are going to explore how Frida Kahlo drew upon her cultural background for her artwork.
We will describe aspects of Mexican folk art and identify aspects of the Mexican culture in Kahlo’s artwork. You will then identify your own cultural background and use artwork to express this.
