2020/2021
Sports Day looked a bit different this year because of COVID restrictions but nevertheless, all children got to participate and we were very lucky with the weather!
On Tuesday 13th July, we had two events taking place - one for Year 3 and one for Year 4.
On Friday 16th July, we had 5 events taking place - one for Foundation, one for Lovelace class, one for Parks and Pankhurst class, one for Year 5 and one for Year 6.
The children took part in 4 field events which were sprints, side steps, quoit throwing and dribbling with a football.
Then all children took part in sprint races where the top 4 in each race earned points for their team.
The overall winners for each event can be found below:
Foundation: Green
Lovelace: Red
Parks and Pankhurst: Yellow
Year 3: Yellow
Year 4: Red
Year 5: Yellow
Year 6: Blue.
Well done to all the children who represented their teams brilliantly!
