Primary schools' running challenge
On Sunday 19th June 2022, some children from Knowle completed their final 1.1 miles of their half marathon on the Hoe.
Since January, either in school or at home, the children have been working towards this final goal and yesterday was a brilliant occasion where all the children could celebrate and complete their run together.
A huge thank you to all parents and carers who have supported their children with this and took time out of their day to take their children to the Hoe and cheer them on.
Mr Young, Miss Lobban and Miss Smith were very impressed and proud of the way the children conducted themselves.
The primary schools' running challenge is back this year! The letter attached was given out to parents and it explains everything you need to know about how to enter the challenge and the distance children need to cover.
