Here at Knowle Primary we operate a cashless money system through Arbor, this is an online website (also available via an App) where parents can log on and pay for dinner money, school trips and after school clubs.
What is Arbor?
Arbor is an easy to use communication platform for schools and parents. Arbor enables all of the systems we use in school to be integrated into one system. Arbor operates through a free app that is easily downloadable. Through the app you will receive a wealth of information about your child and events taking place in school. In the first instance you will be able to do/see the following:
Over time we will enable additional features through the app such as booking parents evenings and amending your child’s contact details. This is likely to come later in this academic year or heading into the next academic year.
Set up
In order to access Arbor, we recommend that parents do the following:
Step 1. Download the Arbor app to your mobile device (This can be found in the App Store by typing Arbor).
Step 2. Open up the email you will receive on a Computer/Laptop to set up your account. NOTE- Emails may be sent to your JUNK so please check here if it is not in your INBOX.
Step 3. Once you have set yourself up on a Computer/Laptop you will be able to go to the Arbor app and see your childs’ details. You will also be able to set up payments through the app by registering your debit/credit card.
Step 4. You will start to receive messages from the school through the Arbor app.
