On Friday 15th October 2021 after school, 19 children from Year 5 and 6 took part in sport leader training with Howard from PSSP. The children looked at the qualities and skills of a good leader and the types of behavior that a good leader would avoid. They were then taught some games and Howard provided the children with some top tips to lead the games effectively. Howard gave the children some homework at the end of the session; in the next few weeks they will lead their own game of tag in a PE lesson or at lunch time.
